Karate, Judo, Self Defence System. Description: This
system has been developed and fine tuned over a period of 10 years
incorporating the hard linear aspects of Karate with the grappling and
throwing techniques of traditional Judo and a reality based Self Defence System.
Combining a mental concentration and synchronization with hard physical
motion. Emphasis is entirely based around stances, techniques. The reality
based Self defence System content of the system concentrates on actual real
life (research) simulations. The systems format is based on the teachings and
philosophy of traditional Japanese Karate. Including Kata – Kumite. The input
in this system is based on my martial arts experience over a 35 year period
covering Karate - Judo – Self Defence – holding relevant Dan grades in
